Chance L. is a MOVE Ambassador and fabricator at Impulse Offroad, an off-road shop that specializes in building and modifying Jeeps for racing and crawling. Chance has been welding for eighteen years, so he knows a thing or two about building a bumper!
Build Breakdown
The Truck
Chance bought his 1999 Ford F350 from his grandparents who were the original owners, but don’t worry - it’s not a grandpa truck anymore! He’s modded it to be capable of trail running and hunting, but it’s still functional enough to be a daily driver.
Some of his mods include:
- 6” Rough Country spring lift
- 3” McNeil bulge fenders and bedsides
- 17” Moto Metal wheels
- 39x13.5” BF Goodrich KM3 tires
- Edge Juice tuner
- AFE cold air intake
The Bumpers
Chance wanted his rig to stand out from the rest, so he decided on the sleek and sporty Precision Series.
“I absolutely loved the look of the MOVE Bumpers, and being that I'm a fabricator, it was easy to go another step further with customizing a little more.”
MOVE Precision 2.5” Prerunner Front Bumper Kit
- Custom Light Bar Cutout
- Universal Light Pockets
- Painted to match body
MOVE Precision Rear Bumper Kit
- Light Hole Cutouts
- Flush-mount LED light pods
The Business
Chance loved the bumpers so much that he quickly began recommending MOVE to his customers looking for aftermarket bumpers. Even though Impulse Offroad specializes in Jeep builds, plenty of customers come into the shop looking for solutions for their trucks and SUVs.
“I recommend MOVE Bumpers for the inexpensive cost of the kits and because of how easy it is to customize them.”
